Location: La Crosse Main Clinic - 5th Floor & Onalaska Clinic - 4th Floor
FTE: 1.0 | Full-time, salaried position
🩺 About The Role
Join Emplify Health by Gundersen as the Clinical Manager for Otolaryngology & Audiology Clinics, leading two dynamic specialty teams that support ENT care, surgical workflows, and a broad audiology program with multi-site outreach.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape culture, optimize operations, and build strong partnerships with providers and staff. You’ll oversee both clinical and retail components (including hearing aid services), while championing process improvement and team engagement across two unique but interconnected specialty areas.

You’ll oversee both clinical and retail components (including hearing aid services), while championing process improvement and team engagement across two unique but interconnected specialty areas.
💼 What You’ll Do
- Provide strategic, operational, and people leadership for Otolaryngology (20 staff) and Audiology (8 staff).
- Lead and support teams that include RNs, MAs, Audiology Technicians, Schedulers (remote), and a Department Secretary.
- Partner closely with the Clinical Operations Director, ENT and Audiology providers, Quality, and fellow Clinical Managers to align goals and elevate patient experience.
- Oversee daily operations, budgets, and key operational initiatives.
- Support ongoing cultural growth by encouraging transparency, accountability, and teamwork.

✅ What You’ll Need
Education & Learning
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in a health‑related field
- Desired: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Required: 2 years of leadership experience in a clinical environment
- Desired: 5–7 years of leadership experience, preferably in a specialty or multi‑disciplinary setting
- Desired: RN license in the state of Wisconsin
You Are Someone Who
- Is experienced in leadership and people management, with the ability to develop staff and foster accountability with empathy.
- Is comfortable navigating challenges, engaging in thoughtful conversations, and guiding teams with clarity and respect.
- Builds strong relationships with providers, staff, and stakeholders.
- Thrives in environments with complex workflows and ongoing improvement opportunities.
- Approaches change with enthusiasm and enjoys project-based work.
- Manages multiple initiatives while staying calm, grounded, and solutions-oriented.
