We are excited to open a brand new distribution center in Salt Lake City to meet the continued needs of our growing business.
The fulfillment specialist position is an important role that directly impacts our customer experience. Ensuring that our products arrive safe and secure, on-time and presented beautifully in our signature gold lidded box when requested are all ways you would play a part in creating a great customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
· Picking product;
· Packing and shipping;
· Loading/unloading delivery vehicles;
· Processing inbound freight;
· Inventory control/cycle counts;
· Gift boxing
The physical requirements of this position are demanding and include standing and walking for long periods of time, repetitive movements and lifting.
Gump’s is hiring both full-time and part-time positions. Hours can range from 20 to 40 hours per week. Positions are temp-to-hire.
During peak business periods such as new catalog launches and holidays, overtime hours may be required to meet increased business demands.

Compensation for this position ranges from $14 to $16 per hour based on experience and availability.
Prior experience in NetSuite order fulfillment and receiving process, distribution center operations, as well as existing certification to operate a forklift are all a plus.
