A key component of this role is actively training teams to effectively use NetSuite, ensuring adoption, consistency, and operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain NetSuite scripts (SuiteScript 1.0/2.0/2.1) to support business operations
- Customize and optimize NetSuite to align with manufacturing processes, including production, inventory, procurement, and order management
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement; implement scalable solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
- Act as a NetSuite subject matter expert and internal champion across cross-functional teams
- Lead and deliver hands-on training sessions for teams across departments; create clear, practical training materials and SOPs
- Drive system adoption by coaching users, reinforcing best practices, and ensuring consistent utilization across the organization
- Partner with operations, finance, supply chain, and leadership teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Support integrations, workflows, saved searches, and dashboards
- Ensure data integrity, system governance, and adherence to best practices
- 5 years of hands-on NetSuite scripting experience (SuiteScript required)
- Strong experience in a manufacturing environment (required)
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable ERP solutions
- Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and system integrations
- Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, inventory management, and production processes
- Demonstrated experience training teams and driving system adoption across multiple departments (required)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide timely solutions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-starter with a high sense of ownership and accountability
- NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, Administrator, Developer)
- Experience in nutraceuticals, food manufacturing, or regulated environments
- Familiarity with EDI, WMS, or third-party integrations
- On-site role based in Chandler, AZ
- Must be able and willing to travel to the Phoenix area as needed
- Fast-paced, high-accountability environment requiring responsiveness and adaptability
- Must be able to quickly assess, execute, and deliver solutions with minimal oversight
