About Us

Gummi World is a fast-growing nutraceutical manufacturer in Chandler, Arizona, specializing in high-quality custom gummy formulations for leading brands globally. We operate in an FDA-regulated, cGMP and HACCP-compliant facility running 24 hours a day. Our Maintenance team is the backbone of our production floor — without reliable equipment, nothing ships. If you take pride in keeping machinery running and solving hard problems, you belong here.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that all production, packaging, cooking, and facility equipment at Gummi World operates safely, efficiently, and reliably. This individual performs preventative maintenance, diagnoses and resolves mechanical and electrical failures, supports new equipment installation and qualification, and partners with production teams to minimize downtime. The role spans three levels — Technician I, II, and III — each requiring progressively deeper technical expertise, independence, and leadership. All levels are expected to be hands-on, safety-first, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused every shift.
