Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met with tailored HVAC product solutions.
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotes for HVAC products, systems, and services.
- Oversee sales projects from inception to completion, collaborating with internal teams (operations, engineering, and logistics) to ensure projects are executed smoothly and meet customer expectations.
- Act as a resource for customers and internal teams, offering detailed knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and energy-efficient technologies to inform product recommendations and drive sales success.
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, ensuring timely follow-ups with customers.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and assist in preparing sales forecasts and reports.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Additional education or certifications in HVAC, mechanical engineering, or related fields is a plus.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in HVAC product sales, with a focus on the commercial market.
- Proven knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, air handling units, and building automation systems. E
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers and internal teams. Experience in preparing quotes, negotiating contracts, and managing customer expectations.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word), CRM systems, and learning new software tools quickly.
- A track record of stability in previous roles, particularly within the local Camarillo area, is highly preferred.
