We are seeking to hire a maintenance technician, ideally with a robust background in painting, as our operations remain active throughout the year. We are in search of an exceptional employee who is willing to exceed expectations. The responsibilities of our team include tasks such as changing air filters, cleaning grills, organizing property, disposing of trash, and replacing light bulbs. Additionally, familiarity with basic plumbing tasks, such as repairing toilets, would be advantageous.
