Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Clerk to assist with inventory management, deliveries, and materials organization. The ideal candidate will help with inventory counts, stocking, unloading, and organizing materials needed for jobs. Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving & Stocking Deliveries:
- Check incoming shipments against purchase orders
- Verify quantities and quality of items
- Store materials in designated areas
- Inventory Counting & Recording:
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts
- Update inventory records with accurate data
- Identify and reconcile discrepancies
- Stock Management:
- Monitor stock levels and identify slow-moving items
- Initiate re-order requests when necessary
- Data Entry:
- Input inventory data into computer systems
- Record item details, quantities, and locations
- Inventory Audits:
- Perform periodic audits to verify inventory accuracy
- Identify and report discrepancies
- Labeling & Organization:
- Properly label shelves and storage areas
- Maintain an organized workspace for easy retrieval of materials
Job Requirements:
- No prior experience required (training provided)
- Bilingual candidates are a big plus
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
