Position Overview

What You’ll Do
- Provide general accounting and clerical support to the Accounting Department
- Accurately enter financial data into company databases and accounting systems
- Prepare, maintain, and reconcile accounting documents and records
- Assist with internal and external requests for financial information
- Maintain compliance with all company policies, accounting standards, and applicable laws
- Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned
- Education & Experience: 3–5 years of broad accounting experience (construction or manufacturing industry experience a plus)
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
