We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by managing inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with internal departments. Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, professional, and friendly customer support via phone and email.
- Respond to inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding products and services.
- Process orders, return authorizations, and other customer requests accurately.
- Review purchase orders for discrepancies and ensure proper documentation.
- Manage field service requests from initiation to final processing.
- Monitor and escalate orders on hold as needed.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
- Process daily invoices and credit card payments.
- Deposit checks and communicate with Gulf AR.
- Provide backup support for the Administrative Manager.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Basic math skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and procedures.
- Must pass pre-employment screenings including background check, drug test, and MVR.
