We are seeking a poised, polished, and highly organized Concierge who thrives in a sophisticated hospitality environment and understands what it means to deliver truly exceptional service.

This is a highly visible position and an important part of the member experience. The ideal candidate is warm and welcoming, exceptionally professional, highly discreet, and capable of anticipating needs before they are expressed.

The Experience You’ll Help Create

From the moment a member or guest enters the club, every interaction should reflect our commitment to excellence.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver gracious, attentive, and personalized service to members and guests,
• Serve as a polished and welcoming first point of contact for the club
• Respond to telephone calls, emails, requests, and inquiries with professionalism and urgency
• Provide high-level administrative support to leadership and club departments
• Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, schedules, and other business materials
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, communications, and daily office priorities
• Maintain accurate records, files, and sensitive documentation
• Anticipate member and operational needs and respond proactively
• Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless, elevated member experience
• Handle sensitive member, employee, financial, and business information with absolute discretion

The Professional We’re Looking For

You understand that members come first and that exceptional service is not simply a task — it is a standard.

Our ideal candidate brings:

• A genuine passion for high-end hospitality and exceptional customer service
• A polished, professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury private club environment
• Previous experience in a high-end country club, luxury resort, private club, hotel, spa, or comparable hospitality setting preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining composed, gracious, and professional
• Excellent judgment and the ability to navigate sensitive situations appropriately
• A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
• The ability to work independently while also supporting a highly collaborative team

Because this role may have access to sensitive member, employee, financial, and club information, confidentiality and discretion are pivotal.

The successful candidate must demonstrate sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience

• Administrative Assistant / Receptionist: 2 years required
• Microsoft Excel: 2 years required
• Microsoft Outlook: 2 years required
• Country Club Experience: 1 year preferred
• Luxury hospitality or high-end member service experience strongly preferred
