Position Description

The Receptionist is responsible for serving as the initial point of contact for all telephone communications, visitors and company employees.

Essential Functions

  • Answer and route all phone calls
  • Greet all visitors and assist with check-in process
  • Create employee new hire badges
  • Receive and scan all courier packages/deliveries
  • Restock and order office and kitchen supplies
  • Maintain the appearance of the reception area
  • Assist with administrative functions as needed on Projects and departments. Format documents, create shipping labels, schedule conference rooms for meetings, handle catering orders, maintain cleanliness for conference rooms and kitchens, check and distribute mail, etc.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Excellent multitasking, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word & Excel, Adobe, and SharePoint
  • Teams experience preferred

Education

  • High school diploma
