What You'll Do
- Clean windows (exterior and interior), frames, sills, and screens at residential homes and condos
- Run pressure washing, soft wash, and gutter cleaning jobs
- Work jobs through our app: on-the-way, start, before/after photos, complete — every job, every time
- Keep equipment, vehicle, and your appearance clean and professional
- Treat every customer like a neighbor — a quick walkthrough at the end, ask happy customers for a Google review
Pay (per-job, in writing, tracked live in our app)
- Paid per job on a transparent rate card — by home size and service type, so your pay scales with the work you complete, not hours milked
- $150-$200 /day on all-day commercial jobs
- $10 bonus for every Google review you get customers to leave
- Faster, better techs earn more — the rate card is shared in your interview, nothing hidden
