Luxury Vacation Rental Cleaner – Anna Maria Island
We are looking for experienced, detail-oriented Vacation Rental Cleaners to service high-end luxury homes on Anna Maria Island. If you take pride in delivering top-quality work and can clean independently, this is a great opportunity to earn additional income on a flexible schedule.
Position Type
This is an independent contractor (1099) position. Work is available all days of the week, with most jobs scheduled between 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM. You can choose the days you want to work by picking up shifts through our scheduling app.
Pay
This is a flat-rate per property position. Your earnings depend on your speed, efficiency, and quality of work, with strong performers averaging competitive hourly equivalents.
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment (or be ready to obtain them immediately). List provided
- Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone
- Must have valid driver’s license and car insurance
- Must have at least 1 year of paid cleaning experience (vacation rental, hotel, or deep cleaning preferred)
- Must be reliable and punctual — if you accept a job, we count on you to show up on time and ready to work
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to perform physical work (standing, lifting, cleaning for several hours)
- Ability to lift and carry 20-30lbs laundry bags up and down the stairs
What You’ll Do
- Perform full deep cleans at every turnover (no light cleans)
- Handle linens and beds
- Clean and detail kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and all living areas
- Dust all surfaces including baseboards, fans, furniture, and fixtures
- Vacuum and mop floors thoroughly
- Sanitize all high-touch areas
- Stage properties to guest-ready condition
- Report damages or issues with photos
Work Style
Flat-rate cleaners typically work independently or in teams of two and are responsible for completing properties efficiently while maintaining high standards.
