Job Description
We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our amazing team! The receptionist is the first point of contact for our clients and is essential in delivering a seamless, elevated experience from arrival to departure. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team environment, values attention to detail, and is passionate about beauty and wellness.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet patients in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls in a timely manner
- Scheduling appointments and manage client flow to ensure smooth daily operations
- Answer patient questions about services and products with excellent customer service
- Adhere to all front desk protocols with consents and maintaining patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
- Checking patients in and out accurately and efficiently
- Daily calls/texts to existing and prospective patients
- Maintain a clean work environment at the front desk and throughout the practice (keeping waiting areas tidy and skincare boutique etc.)
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested by management.
- Strong customer service,various payment processing such as credit cards, cash etc
- Candidates with sales-oriented mindset will have the opportunity to introduce and recommend skincare products that support patient care, with eligibility for performance-based incentives
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous front desk experience required.
- Previous medspa or medical experience preferred
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills in a fast- paced environment
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Sales experience a plus
- Two Saturdays per month required.
- Flexible to work 30 - 40 hours per week as needed.
- Strong computer and customer service skills
- Primary work location is Trinity, but must be willing to assist at our Spring Hill location up to one day a week or as needed
