Role Description
This full-time, on-site role in Houston, TX focuses on delivering exceptional support and service to blood donors and stakeholders. As a Donor Concierge, you will coordinate donor appointments, manage reservations, greet and assist visitors, and provide a high standard of customer and receptionist services. Your role will directly impact the success of blood donation efforts and the organization’s mission.
Qualifications
- Experience in Concierge Services and Reservations
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including welcoming and assisting visitors
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment with a customer-focused mindset
- Familiarity with scheduling systems or booking platforms is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or customer service certifications preferred
