What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a caring, reliable Aftercare Guide to join our team. This is a great role for someone who loves working with kids and enjoys creating fun, relaxed afternoons.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome children into a calm, friendly space after their school day
- Lead activities like art, games, outdoor play, and practical life projects
- Encourage independence, kindness, and teamwork
- Provide a safe, tidy, and nurturing environment
- Share updates and communicate warmly with families and staff
What Makes You a Good Fit
- You enjoy working with children and have some experience in a school, childcare, or camp setting
- You’re dependable, patient, and positive
- You’re curious about Montessori philosophy (training provided if you’re new to it!)
- You’re comfortable leading small groups and keeping things running smoothly
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (or you’re willing to get it)
The Details
- Hours: 2:00–5:30 PM, Monday–Friday
- Part-time, with the chance to pick up extra hours when needed
- Pay based on experience
