Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Teacher, Montessori Guide at Blessed Star Montessori Christian School in Pensacola, FL. The primary responsibilities include assisting lead teachers in planning and facilitating daily activities, ensuring the learning environment adheres to Montessori principles, maintaining a safe and clean classroom, and supporting the social, emotional, and educational development of students. The Assistant Teacher will also collaborate with colleagues, communicate effectively with parents, and promote a positive, faith-based atmosphere.
