Commercial Lead Electrician

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both residential and commercial electrical work, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role requires hands-on experience with various electrical systems, tools, and safety protocols. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of electrical systems.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, ammeters, and ohmmeters for various tasks.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with NEC standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with construction crews to integrate electrical systems into new builds or renovations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment on construction sites.

Skills

• Proven experience as an Electrician in commercial or industrial settings.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools relevant to electrical work.
• Strong understanding of low voltage and medium voltage systems.
• Familiarity with NEC regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
