We're looking for an Installation Project Coordinator who thrives on keeping things organized, moving fast, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. In this role, you'll be the central hub between customers, installers, and internal teams—ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

What You'll Do
As an Install Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring every job runs smoothly from scheduling to completion.
- Coordinate daily installation schedules and ensure jobs are ready to go
- Communicate with customers, installers, field supervisors, vendors, and internal teams
- Confirm installations and proactively manage scheduling updates
- Serve as the primary point of contact for installation-related communication
- Maintain accurate job files and customer records in CRM software
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care
- Schedule subcontractors, inspections, and follow-ups
- Send daily scheduling updates to install technicians
- Track pending installations and follow up with customers
- Process install paperwork and assist with job costing for commissions
- Support the sales team with scheduling as needed

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Proficient in written and verbal communication (grammar and clarity matter!)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service or coordination experience is a plus
