What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Lead project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Partner with Business Analysts to gather and define clear project requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support change readiness and stakeholder communication.
- Work cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Training for successful implementation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring transparency on project status, risks, and decisions.
- Understand key technologies involved in implementation and help translate business needs into technical deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2-5 years of project management experience, preferably in a technical or cross-functional environment.
- PMP or Agile certification (ACP, CSM) preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and Agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus.
- Demonstrated experience managing risks, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively.
