Guidepost Staffing is partnering with a global leader in filtration, separation, and purification technology to hire a Production Supervisor for their Southern Tier facility. What You’ll Do
- Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, and production goals
- Supervise and develop a team of production associates
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (root cause analysis, corrective actions)
- Manage production and maintenance planning to meet business objectives
- Track and report key performance metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support overall operational success
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years of related experience
- OR Associate’s degree with 5 years
- OR 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience
- 2 years of experience with continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong Excel skills and data-driven mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd as needed)
- Willingness to travel up to 10% (domestic/international)
Nice to Have:
- Experience in a union environment
- Familiarity with SAP and ADP eTime
