Your Role & Responsibilities
- Embed within our consultancy team to understand existing processes and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with the Process Improvement Lead to standardize and optimize workflows
- Document and normalize best practices across cloud platforms and security domains
- Design and implement innovative solutions (including AI chatbots) to facilitate knowledge sharing
- Support the broader team in developing scalable, repeatable processes that drive growth

This position is not available for candidates living in the following states: Alaska, California, Hawaii, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Vermont, Washington and Wyoming.
This is a part-time, remote paid internship ($20hr) that is expected to start in December 2025 with a duration of 6 months. Interns are expected to:
- Work a majority of hours between 11am-4pm EST Monday through Friday, ranging from 25-29hrs/wk
- Have a personal computing device and access to high-speed internet during working hours
