Opportunity Description
Our client is a 10 billion dollar paper packaging manufacturing company with a strong hold on their space. They are completely vertically integrated and have one of the industries best succession planning structures. Managers are usually promoted within 18-24 months and the growth doesn't have to stop after that.
We are looking for a Plant Manager who is focused on coaching, mentoring, creating structure and organization and training and development. This is not a turnaround but more of a change management situation. Transformational leadership is the idea.
Qualifications
- BS degree preferred
- World Class manufacturing experience required
- Preference to paper converting and/or printing experience
- Data analytics, Statical Data Analysis, decision making based on KPIs and metrics
- Experienced managing a large manufacturing facility
- P&L experience - financial acumen required
- True people leadership
- Experienced developing talent
