Opportunity Description
Our client is a global packaging manufacturing company with a strong hold on their space. They are vertically integrated and have one of the industries best succession planning structures. Managers are usually promoted within 12-24 months and the growth doesn't have to stop after that.
We are looking for a Finishing Manager to lead this area of a 24/7 carton manufacturing facility.
Qualifications
- World Class manufacturing experience is a plus
- Paper board experience is required
- Data analytics, Statical Data Analysis, decision making based on KPIs and metrics
- Experienced managing a department or a small facility
- Strengths in managing a diverse work force
- Culture driver and change agent
