Description:The Manager of Licensing Services is responsible for completing licensing, medicare, medicaid registrations with accurate quick turnaround times on application submissions and approvals. This role requires consistent follow-up, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to escalate issues when necessary to ensure registration processes are completed smoothly and efficiently. The Manager of Licensing Services oversees the Licensing Specialist and reports to the Director of Licensing. Key Results Area• Puts forth best efforts to learn and understand the full training provided upon onboarding. • Maintain a full understanding of Guided Care software for licensing workflow. • Follow processes set forth by senior leadership to successfully submit applications for clients. • Responds to client emails by EOD. • Prepare and send licensing and registration client updates to each client according to the cadence established by senior leadership. • Ensure the accurate and timely submission of Medicaid provider registrations in full compliance with state Medicaid guidelines and requirements. • Complete Medicare 855 applications with a high level of accuracy, ensuring all forms are filled out correctly the first time. • Submit forms, applications, and other requests as necessary to complete client requests including but not limited to, revalidations, NPI registration, Entity application. • Coordinate with internal teams and providers to obtain any missing or clarifying information required for the application process. • Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date record of all missing information, ensuring clarity and accessibility for follow-up. • Set up and schedule phone meetings with providers to discuss missing or incomplete information after two follow-up attempts via email or other communication methods. • Escalate concerns related to licensing obstacles to Director within 48 hours. • Assist in documentation and refinement of SOPs • Hold monthly 1:1 meetings with all direct reports. • Evaluate and assess personal performance on a routine basis. • Maintains Excellent attendance. • Maintains time clock, requests, and takes PTO according to HR policies. • Performs other related duties to benefit the mission of the company. • Agree to uphold and practice company principles (GUIDE) in all work-related interactions. Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
