We are seeking a dynamic and proactive People & Operations Manager to lead and streamline our organizational processes and ensure operational excellence across all departments. This pivotal role combines human resources oversight, administrative management, and operational process improvement to support our team’s growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess a passion for creating an engaging work environment while managing day-to-day business functions.
Duties
- Oversee daily office operations, including front desk and office management
- Lead HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, training & development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Plan and execute company events, meetings, and team-building activities to promote a vibrant organizational culture.
- Build and implement scalable processes across operations (accounting, maintenance, property management, corporate)
- Create and maintain training materials, SOPs, and internal guides
- Lead or support special projects such as software onboarding and process implementation
Skills
- Proven experience in supervising teams within an office environment with strong leadership capabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and professional interpersonal interactions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Expertise in event planning, vendor management, calendar management, and schedule coordination.
- Knowledge of human resources practices including hiring procedures, employee relations, and compliance standards.
- Experience with office experience tasks such as front desk and office management
Pay
- $34.00 - $38.50 per hour
