If you come from another industry but have a strong, high-ticket appointment-setting background, we will train you on the real estate side. High performers thrive here; average dialers do not.CompensationPay is percentage-based, typically 8%–15% of our net on every closed deal you generate.(Net = profit after project costs)A $2M Bellevue listing or a $200K Tacoma fixer can both result in a $3,000–$7,000 payout depending on margins.
