This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Communications Officer. The individual in this role will oversee the development and execution of the company's communication strategies. Responsibilities include managing press and media relations, fostering corporate communications, crafting strategic messaging, and leading public relations initiatives to strengthen the company's brand and reputation. The Chief Communications Officer will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive and impactful communication efforts.
- Strong expertise in Press Relations, Media Relations, and Corporate Communications
- Proficiency in developing and executing Strategic Communications plans
- Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal, with an ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences
- Experience in leadership roles and decision-making within a communications or public relations capacity
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with media outlets and industry stakeholders
- Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field preferred
