We’re seeking a friendly, reliable Front Desk Receptionist to welcome guests and manage daily operations at our motel. You’ll check guests in and out, handle reservations, and provide excellent service with a smile. If you’re organized, personable, and calm under pressure, we’d love to have you on our team.
Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, 4.00 pm to 10.00 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and process check-ins/outs efficiently
- Manage reservations, payments, and room assignments
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and offer local info
- Maintain a clean, secure front desk area
- Handle guest concerns with care and professionalism
- Marketing on facebook and ticktok,
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
- Customer service experience (hospitality preferred)
- Basic computer and phone skills
- Honest, punctual, and responcible, clean and keep the surrounding area clean.
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
