Wachter is accepting applications for a part-time receptionist in our Lowell office to work the noon to 5 pm shift. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing superior customer service under stressful conditions.

\n- High school Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work noon to 5 pm.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Effective communication skills and a strong commitment to providing superior customer service under stressful conditions.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in the use of an accounting software package.
- Welcoming and greeting visitors, and notify who they are here to see.
- Helping visitors navigate through our office.
- Coordinating with various teams and managers with their respective visitors.
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements for the department.
- Assist in maintaining calendars for appointments.
- Sorting and distributing mail.
- Ordering office supplies and placing them in the office supply stock room.
- Assist the purchasing team with entering/updating hardware pricing in accounting software.
- Answer phones and direct calls.
- Perform any other administrative tasks that the manager assigns.
$16 - $18 an hour
Based on experience.
