Guest House Grill is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations and lead front of house in a full-service, full-bar environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and team leadership
- Order and manage liquor, beer, and wine inventory
- Handle scheduling, hiring, and performance management
- Balance drawers and complete daily sales reporting
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service laws
Qualifications:
- Prior restaurant management experience required
- Full bar operational experience required
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Required Certifications:
- California Food Manager Certification
- ABC Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification
