GuardianVets is hiring a Growth and Business Development Manager to help generate pipeline, create demand, and drive revenue. This is a hands on startup role for someone who can combine outbound outreach, business development, email marketing, light social and content execution, and creative growth initiatives. This is not a pure brand role. The focus is on creating opportunities and helping turn them into revenue.
What you will do
- Generate new business through outreach, follow up, and relationship building
- Write and launch email campaigns that drive interest and meetings
- Support social media and content that builds awareness and demand
- Develop creative strategies to generate leads, partnerships, and new opportunities
- Help move prospects through the funnel and support closing efforts
- Work closely with leadership to test ideas, measure results, and scale what works
