We are seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Gardener / Grounds & Property Maintenance Technician. This position is responsible for maintaining the outdoor appearance of our affiliated veterinary hospitals and residential properties throughout the year.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable working independently at multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

• Mow, edge, and maintain lawns
• Weed, mulch, and care for flower beds and landscaped areas
• Trim hedges, shrubs, and small trees
• Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and seasonal landscaping
• Water and monitor the health of plants and lawns
• Remove leaves, branches, and other landscape debris
• Perform light property maintenance and minor repairs as needed
• Assist with snow removal and ice management during the winter season
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional appearance at all company properties

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance preferred
• Basic knowledge of lawn care, plant health, and landscape maintenance
• Ability to perform light maintenance and use common hand and power tools
• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday, with seasonal flexibility for snow removal and weather-related property needs.

Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay based on experience, with opportunities for growth.
