This position supports our Guardian Veterinary Emergency – Orange County location in Middletown, NY, a 24/7 emergency hospital providing exceptional, progressive care to patients and trusted support to clients.  At Guardian, our culture is built around respect, authenticity, and teamwork. Position Overview

As an Overnight Veterinary Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting emergency patient care, assisting veterinarians and technicians, and ensuring a safe and compassionate environment for patients and clients. This is a hands-on opportunity to make a meaningful impact while developing advanced skills in emergency medicine.

Qualifications

We are seeking applicants who demonstrate:

• A deep love of animals and a genuine desire to help and heal
• A commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth
• Either 2 years of experience as a veterinary assistant or
  1 year of experience plus completion of a Veterinary Assistant or Veterinary Science program
• Ability to work onsite in Middletown, NY (Guardian Veterinary Emergency – Orange County)
• Reliable personal transportation

• Hourly Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
