What You'll Do Every Day
You’re the first friendly face our clients see and an essential part of their experience with us. As a Client Care Representative, you’ll help create a welcoming, supportive environment for clients and their pets while keeping our hospital running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:
- Client Experience: Greet clients and their pets warmly, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure every client feels welcomed and supported.
- Communication & Support: Answer phone calls and emails, respond to client questions, and communicate professionally and compassionately, even in stressful situations.
- Appointment Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage check-ins and check-outs, and help keep the daily schedule organized and running efficiently.
- Client Education: Provide general information about hospital services, appointment preparation, and follow-up instructions while directing medical questions to the appropriate veterinary team member.
- Administrative Accuracy: Maintain accurate client and patient records, update information in our practice management system, and handle paperwork efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and other hospital staff to ensure seamless communication and a positive client experience.
- Compassionate Service: Support clients with empathy and professionalism, recognizing that visits to the veterinary hospital can sometimes be stressful or emotional.
- Front Desk Organization: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
