Therapist (Outpatient Behavioral Health)
Location: Gillette, WY
Pay: Base $4,000/month monthly bonus (minimum 55% of performance goals required for bonus eligibility)

Patient Volume Expectations:
- Expected caseload: 32–36 patients per week
- Minimum flow: 25–30 patients per week
- Flexibility to provide individual sessions and run groups

Therapist Requirements (Wyoming Licensure Requirements):
Applicants must hold one of the following Wyoming-recognized clinical licenses:
Fully Licensed (Preferred):
- LPC – Licensed Professional Counselor
- LCSW – Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- LMFT – Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
- LAT – Licensed Addictions Therapist
Provisionally Licensed
- PPC – Provisional Professional Counselor
- PCSW – Provisional Clinical Social Worker
- PMFT – Provisional Marriage and Family Therapist
- PAT – Provisional Addictions Therapist
- Provisional clinicians must be eligible for and working toward full independent licensure under Wyoming board supervision requirements
- Ability to provide services within scope of licensure and maintain compliance with Wyoming Mental Health Professions Licensing Board standards
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to manage 32–36 patient sessions weekly (expected)
- Minimum 25–30 patient sessions weekly
- Comfortable providing individual therapy and facilitating group sessions
- Strong documentation and caseload management skills
- Experience with insurance-based outpatient care preferred
Therapist Responsibilities:
- Provide individual outpatient therapy sessions
- Facilitate group therapy as needed
- Maintain active weekly caseload expectations
- Collaborate with clients to develop and achieve treatment goals
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in weekly team check-ins and quarterly meetings
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-informed care in an outpatient setting
