Join Our Team
In our treatment center, you will be providing assistance to individuals with varying levels of substance addictions. Your role is to provide high-quality care using evidence-based modalities to help clients heal and recover. The Group Facilitator is responsible for performing client care, provide group therapy, treatment planning, and coordinating discharge planning.
Your Role
As a Group Facilitator for our, you will provide therapy in a group setting to our clients and be an important part of their wellness journey. You will use evidence-based modalities and your clinical experience to help our clients manage their recovery, while being on a team with other caring professionals who share the same mission.
Group Facilitator Requirements
To be considered for this position, you will have:
- CDCA with a masters degree or a licensed clinician (LSW, LAC, LSW, LPC, LCADC) in the state of New Jersey.
- Experience and passion working with clients struggling with substance abuse or mental health disorders
- EMR/HER proficiency and strong clinical documentation skills
- Communication and teamwork skills
Group Facilitator Responsibilities
- Conducting groups that support our program curriculum and services
- Documenting all necessary information in EMR/EHR platform
- Collaborating with the treatment team to ensure quality client care
- Performing other duties as necessary
Pay: $75.00 - $125.00 hourly per group
Schedule: Thursdays and/or Saturdays (11am-3pm group options)
