We are growing rapidly and expanding our support teams to meet the needs of our clients nationwide. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Associate to join our Boca Raton office. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our CFO and leadership team, gain hands-on experience with high-impact accounting functions, and help shape the financial backbone of a growing company.
As an Accounting Associate, you will:
- Manage and process invoices (incoming and outgoing)
- Assist with billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Support weekly payroll prep and monthly ledgers
- Prepare financial documentation for monthly and quarterly closeouts
- Enter, update, and reconcile financial transactions in QuickBooks
- Build and maintain spreadsheets in Excel for reporting and tracking
- Organize and archive accounting records for accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with managers across departments to gather needed information
- Provide direct support to the CFO on day-to-day accounting functions
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks (required)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with financial records
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Experience with payroll, invoicing, billing, or ledgers (preferred)
- Educational background in Accounting/Finance (preferred; degree not required)
- Ability to work fully on-site in Boca Raton, FL (no hybrid/remote option)
- Must pass a full background check
