The Relationship Manager (RM) serves as a strategic partner and primary point of contact for a select group of high-value financial advisors. This role delivers proactive, high-touch support, owns complex service and operational inquiries end-to-end, and ensures a seamless advisor experience.

$59,110.00 - $88,660.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.

You will
- Build and maintain strong advisor relationships through proactive outreach
- Own escalations from initiation to resolution
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Compliance, Technology, etc.)
- Provide expertise on broker-dealer and advisory operations
- Identify trends and suggest process improvements
- Deliver clear, structured communication and follow-through
- 3 years of client service or relationship management experience
- NetX 360 or similar platform experience
- Financial services or broker-dealer experience
- Strong ownership and accountability
- Ability to manage complex issues and ambiguity
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Securities licenses (SIE, Series 6, 7, 63)
- Broker-dealer operations knowledge (TOAs, accounts, cashiering)
- Proactive advisor engagement

- Reduction in recurring issues (NIGO)
- Contribution to process improvements
