Strategic Wealth Alliance is growing, and we are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations & Asset Transfer Associate to join our team in Allentown, PA.
This role is critical to the day-to-day operations and client experience of our wealth management firm. The person in this position will help manage account paperwork, track transfers, follow up with custodians and financial institutions, resolve operational issues, and ensure that money movement and account processing are completed accurately and efficiently.
This is the person who owns the process and keeps things moving.

Position Details

- Location: Allentown, PA
- Compensation: $65,000 based on experience
- Bonus opportunities available
Responsibilities
- Process new account paperwork and account maintenance requests
- Track incoming and outgoing transfers from start to finish
- Follow up with custodians, clients, and outside institutions to resolve delays or issues
- Monitor pending paperwork and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and workflow tracking
- Review forms for accuracy and completeness before submission
- Coordinate signatures and missing documentation
- Assist advisors with operational and client service tasks
- Help manage:
- ACAT transfers
- Rollovers
- Money movement requests
- Beneficiary updates
- Account openings
- Annuity and investment paperwork
- Communicate updates clearly and professionally with clients and advisors
- Help improve operational workflows and efficiency
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy with sensitive financial information
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent follow-up and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Professional phone and email communication
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Experience in financial services, banking, mortgage, insurance, or operations preferred
- CRM experience preferred
- Experience with Schwab or similar custodians is a plus
