- Hold British QTS awarded through a UK-accredited teacher training programme
- Graduated with a 2:1 or above in Mathematics or a closely related discipline from a reputable UK university, ideally Russell Group
- Can demonstrate a strong and successful track record of secondary Maths teaching within UK schools, with clear evidence of strong pupil outcomes
- Have proven middle leadership experience including curriculum development, staff management, and driving departmental improvement
- Are resilient, consistent, and emotionally intelligent - with the interpersonal skills to connect with pupils who do not always make it easy
- Are legally entitled to work in the UK - visa sponsorship is not available
