Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will oversee daily administrative and operational functions within our commercial services company. This role combines traditional office management responsibilities with hands-on coordination of warehouse operations, ensuring seamless coordination between administrative tasks and field service logistics.

- This is a salaried position based on experience. Pay is negotiable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for contracts, service records, and compliance documents
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Accurately enter and maintain customer, service, and inventory data in company systems
- Generate reports related to service schedules, inventory levels, and operational performance
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality across all platforms
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician assignments
- Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of work orders
- Communicate with customers regarding service timelines and updates
- Collaborate with technicians to optimize route planning and resource allocation
- Oversee shipping and receiving of equipment and supplies
- Load and unload deliveries, ensuring proper handling and documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits
- Organize warehouse layout for efficiency and safety
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely replenishment of stock
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in office management, administrative support, or operations coordination
- Experience in a commercial services organization is a strong plus
- Experience in coordinating service schedules and managing technician dispatch is an asset
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Excellent organizational skills to manage files, schedules, inventory, and workflows
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication
