Job Description: Graphics/Decals Associate

Location: Seymour, Indiana

Job Type: Full-time (on-site)

Hours: Sunday-Wednesday, 6pm-4am

Pay: $18/hr.

Must be available to work overtime

Job Summary:
The Graphics/Decals Associate is responsible for the precise application of decals, labels, and graphics to finish bicycle frames and components in accordance with company specifications and quality standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate consistency, quality workmanship, and a commitment to meeting production goals.

This is not a seasonal position. This role is part of the company’s long-term capital investment and ongoing production operations.

Responsibilities:

• Apply decals and branding graphics to bicycles and components using established procedures and placement guides
• Inspect parts before and after decal application for cleanliness, alignment, and accuracy
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning and prepping to ensure proper decal adhesion
• Use tools such as squeegees, heat guns, or rollers as needed for precise application
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
• Maintain a clean and organized decal workstation
• Report on any quality issues, equipment malfunctions, or material shortages to supervisor
• Assist with other finishing tasks as assigned (e.g., cleaning, touch-ups, final inspection)
• Comply with all safety policies and standard operating procedures

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in decal applications, graphics, or similar production work is a plus
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks
• Basic understanding of measurements and visual alignment
• Must be able to lift to 40 lbs-50 lbs.
• Manual dexterity required to handle small decals and tools
• Standing, bending, and reaching throughout shift

Skills & Qualifications:
