This is a full-time, on-site role located in Seymour, IN for a Powder Coat Painter. The Powder Coat Painter will be responsible for preparing and powder coating bicycle frames and components. Day-to-day tasks include cleaning and prepping parts, applying powder coatings using spray guns, monitoring curing ovens, and inspecting finished products for quality. The Powder Coat Painter will also be responsible for maintaining equipment and ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
- Experience with powder coating techniques and equipment
- Knowledge of proper surface preparation and cleaning methods
- Ability to inspect finished products for quality and consistency
- Maintenance and troubleshooting skills for coating equipment
