Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Crew Member role located in Bloomington, IN. Responsibilities include assisting with landscaping and hardscaping tasks such as building retaining walls, completing yard transformations, handling equipment and tools, and performing seasonal cleanup services. The Crew Member will also ensure project sites are maintained properly, assist with material transportation, and follow safety protocols on-site. Cooperation and teamwork are essential to achieving high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in landscaping and lawn care tasks, including retaining wall construction and yard maintenance
