Job Description: Graphics/Decals Department Supervisor
Location: Seymour, Indiana
Job Type: Full-time (On-Site)
Hours: Sunday–Wednesday, 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Pay: $65K-$70K Salary
Overtime: Must be available as needed
Job Summary
The Graphics/Decals Department Supervisor is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic oversight, and operational management of the Graphics/Decals department. This role ensures that production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met while supporting long-term departmental growth and efficiency.
As a high-level supervisor, this position focuses on planning, staffing, performance management, and process improvement, with limited hands-on decal application.
This is not a seasonal position. The department is a critical component of the company’s long-term capital investment and ongoing production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight and leadership for all operations within the Graphics/Decals department
- Develop and implement production plans to meet daily, weekly, and monthly output goals
- Supervise team leaders and associates, ensuring proper staffing, scheduling, and workload balance
- Monitor and evaluate department performance, including quality, efficiency, and safety metrics
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance productivity and quality
- Ensure strict compliance with company standards for decal applications, materials handling, and safety
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development for department staff
- Manage employee performance, coaching, corrective action, and disciplinary processes
- Communicate effectively with upper management, providing updates, reports, and recommendations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production flow and problem resolution

- Extensive manufacturing or production experience required
- Proven supervisory or management experience in a production environment
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in quality assurance and process improvement methodologies
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and production metrics management
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the production floor as needed
- Ability to lift to 40–50 lbs. occasionally
- Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English
