This is a full-time on-site role for a Cost Accountant located in Seymour, IN. The Cost Accountant will be responsible for maintaining and preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, conducting cost accounting, and preparing journal entries. The role involves working closely with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting and analysis of the company's financial and operational performance.
- Strong experience in Cost Accounting and preparation of Financial Statements
- Proficiency in creating and managing Journal Entries and performing related accounting tasks
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and making informed recommendations
- Educational background in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently on-site
