Position Summary: The Inspections Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing SFR Coordinators and Support Staff (QC) day-to-day workflow and ensure the team is maintaining professional working relationships and correspondence with our clients. This role will also perform SFR Coordinators and Support Staff (QC) duties as needed.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Possess proficient understanding of Single Family Rentals
- Consistently meet or exceed company goals and deadlines
- Work closely with SFR Coordinators and Support Staff (QC) to evaluate training processes and procedures
- Organize workflow and ensure SFR Coordinators and Support Staff (QC) understand job duties and assigned tasks
- Monitor productivity of team
- Aid Reps with vendor issues / coverage issues
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching as necessary
- Resolve complaints and problems
- Maintain timekeeping records
- Prepare and deliver annual performance evaluations to staff
- Issue corrective action measures as necessary ex: PIPS, Counseling Memos, Disciplinary Action
- Manage vendor communication via phone, email, etc. in a professional and timely manner
- Confidently negotiate costs within provided guidelines
- Evaluate performance for vendors for quality assurance purposes
- Responsible for managing the timeliness and efficiency of workflow
- Review Daily Inspection reports
- Manage Client communications via phone, email, slack, etc. in a professional and timely manner
- Identify possible escalations in order to diffuse and resolve client issues without delay
- Sets standards for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company goals and visions
- Provide team with assistance in client escalations and coverage when needed
- Participate in and contribute to management-level client calls wherever possible
- Other duties as assigned
