The Operations Support & Reporting Assistant will play a key role in supporting the Associate Director of Operations by tracking daily workflows, flagging operational red flags, and assisting in the development of internal reports that help guide decision-making across teams.

Position Summary
The Operations Support & Reporting Assistant will play a key role in supporting the Associate Director of Operations by tracking daily workflows, flagging operational red flags, and assisting in the development of internal reports that help guide decision-making across teams.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Monitor operational workflow summaries to identify issues or trends that require follow-up
- Build and maintain internal reports and dashboards using SQL, Python, Excel, and VBA
- Work closely with operational teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into usable tools
- Support leadership in day-to-day project tracking, flagging delays or bottlenecks
- Assist with light administrative tasks including data entry, task tracking, and report formatting
- Participate in the continuous improvement of workflows by providing feedback and reporting insights
- Learn and use company-specific software platforms (including Aspen Grove)
- Other duties as assigned
