Location: Guardian Angels Health & Rehabilitation Center
Wage Range: $19.63 – $27.70 per hour DOE
Schedule: Afternoon Shift, 56 hours per pay period
Reports To: Director of Nursing

Position Overview
As a Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR), you’ll play a vital role in providing hands-on care and daily support to residents. Working under the direction of licensed nursing staff, you’ll help ensure each resident receives the highest standard of care and experiences dignity, respect, and comfort every day.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily care in accordance with each resident’s individualized care plan (bathing, grooming, transfers, feeding, ambulation, and related needs).
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition or routine to licensed staff.
- Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times.
- Follow established infection-control and safety procedures.
- Operate mechanical lifts and other equipment safely and accurately.
- Respond promptly to call lights and assist residents with care needs.
- Participate in staff meetings, required training, and ongoing education.
Qualifications
- Active Nursing Assistant Registration (NAR) on the Minnesota State Registry, or ability to complete coursework/testing per regulations.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Positive, compassionate attitude and commitment to teamwork.
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the position (lifting up to 60 lbs with assistance).
